1. Return Verification

Upon raising a return request, our team at Carshringar will promptly verify and authenticate the complaint. If we find the complaint to be genuine, we will initiate the process for a return or  replacement.

2. Inspection of Received Items

Before accepting your order, please thoroughly inspect the packaging. If the packet appears damaged, do not accept it. Instead, immediately inform Carshringar at carshringarraipur1@gmail.com or call us at 9584977000. Your prompt communication allows us to address the issue efficiently.

3. Reporting Damaged or Faulty Products

In the event that you receive a damaged or faulty product, kindly notify Carshringar within 48 hours of receiving your order on working days. Failure to do so within the specified time frame will make Carshringar not liable for any failure to return or replace the order.

4. Return Process

To facilitate a smooth return process, ensure that the product is returned in good packaging and includes the original invoice.

5. Refund Process

For prepaid orders, refunds will be processed within 7 days through online bank transfer or via check. Cash on delivery (COD) orders will be refunded to your bank account or credited as cashback in your account.
